Construction Update

The tile in the bathrooms has begun! Come and check out all the features Serenade has to offer this weekend at our Show Suite. Open 12:00 - 5:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

Doorway Construction

Similar to the construction of Serenade's walls, the doorways are also acoustically engineered for minimal sound transfer.

Cabinet Installation

Serenade's cabinets are currently being installed! Both the White and Walnut color schemes are starting to look really good.
